SafeMeds: Electronic Health Records Using Blockchain
摘要
Blockchain technology plays an important role in today's information technology. These systems are used successfully in many fields. The rapid development of this technology has created new potential applications. As personal and data intelligence enables patients to participate in the context of treatment and reprocess their medical records, we now face an urgent need for products of similar design. This article presents a new approach to electronic medical record processing. In the near past blockchain is being widely used in different fields in innovative and explorative ways by researchers and professionals. This rapid usage has opened naive career opportunities such as identity management, land record management, and healthcare. This paper comprehensively deals with blockchain-based electronic healthcare records (EHR) being used by different stakeholders. This article introduces the use of permissioned blockchain technology like the Hyperledger model to manage privacy, liability, and participation information in restricted use. Sensitive information is shared between nodes with processing rights, permissions, and authorizations. Healthcare organizations are encouraged. Join the network as a miner. They can access the data (such as mining fees) in exchange for control and security in the blockchain network. This article presents a working model in medicine for testing in the field where we can cut and use our health informatics and discoveries. This paper deals with open research problems in a rapidly growing field of blockchain-based healthcare services and offers some detailed explanations.
