Endocrinological Outcomes in Subjects with DSD

Endocrinological implications in subjects with disorders of sex development do not stop at the management of the basic disease but have far-reaching implications as it is linked to onset of puberty, bone health, and treatment-related adverse effects. Awareness about these outcomes is important to prepare the individuals with Disorders of Sex Development for any such outcomes, which can affect prognosis and long-term quality of life.
