摘要

This chapter provides an extensive review of the use of magnetic nanocatalysts in biofuel production. The focus is on their synthesis, characterization, and effectiveness. It starts with an overview of biofuel creation and the role of nanocatalysts. Then, it explains the principles of magnetic nanocatalysts, including their makeup, morphology, and catalytic efficacy. The techniques used for synthesis and characterization, such as TEM, SEM, XRD, and FTIR, are also explained. The chapter also delves into the application of these nanocatalysts in the manufacturing processes of biodiesel, bioethanol, and algal biofuel, highlighting their advantages over traditional catalysts. Finally, the environmental impact and scalability of these nanocatalysts are discussed, along with the potential of combining them with renewable energy sources to produce biofuels on a large scale.
