My name is Gao Demin, and I am Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhanqi Village, Tangchang Street, Pidu District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. Our village is located more than 40 km away from the urban area of Chengdu. It is a typical agricultural village situated at the junction of Dujiangyan, Pengzhou, and Pixian districts.
