Legislation of Space Tourism

Space law is the collective term for international laws that regulate human activities in outer space. It is a universally accepted and binding international law that governs the conduct of nations and their citizens in outer space and on celestial institutions. It encompasses regulations related to space sovereignty, space resources, space environment, space transportation, space liability, space arms control, space remote sensing, and space stations. The current principles of space law uphold the principle of peaceful use of outer space and celestial institutions by all nations, and it has become an integral part of modern international law.
