Adaptive Indicator Measuring Green Development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

Green development evaluation, as an important method and effective means to measure green development process, identify green development potential and shortcomings and promote green development, has been a hot topic of research and practice at home and abroad. On the basis of the most widely used comprehensive index system for green development in China, this report draws on the applicability and flexibility of the mainstream international dashboard method to create adaptive Indicators for different city types in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and to build a green development index system with a consistent framework, variable weights and flexible indicators.
