Aggregation-Induced Emission Compounds from Natural Product
摘要
With the rapid development of social economy, the consumption of petroleum resources is increasing, followed by environmental pollution problems. To solve the above problems, it is of great significance to efficiently utilize renewable resources and convert them into biomedical application products. Aggregation-induced emission (AIE) materials derived from natural products have the advantages of no chemical synthesis, good biocompatibility, and degradability. Therefore, more researchers are beginning to explore natural AIE products from nature resources. The development of bio-AIE materials with renewable, sustainable, and biocompatible biomass resources as raw materials has gradually aroused the interest of researchers. Renewable natural resources involve alkaloids, flavonoids, vitamins, coumarin, terpenes and other phytochemicals (cellulose, sodium alginate). In this chapter, since there are abundant resources in nature, low cost, green, and sustainable, the related applications of natural products will provide more inspiration for the development of more AIE-related applications in the future, it also looking forward to the future development direction.
