Research on the Foundation’s Punch Shear Resistance and Floor Reinforcement of Double Layer Silo Structure Based on the Reinforcement of Enlarged Cross Section

The homogenization silo of a cement plant in Guizhou is an existing double layer silo structure that needs to be continued in use. The reinforcement design of the continuous factory building was carried out by increasing the cross-section. Reinforced concrete sections have been added to both the inner and outer sides of the inner and outer cylinder walls. The anti-scour performance of the reinforced foundation and the reinforcement amount of the floor slab were studied. The research results indicate that the anti impact capacity of the foundation meets the requirements and can provide a reference for the reinforcement engineering of the existing double-layer silo structure.
