摘要

Regular physical activity has the capacity to enhance heart health, lung function, muscular strength, and flexibility, while also reducing the risk of chronic ailments such as diabetes, obesity, and heart disease. Notably, recovery-focused workouts hold equal, if not greater, importance compared to other forms of exercise. These recovery exercises play a vital role in alleviating muscle pain, offering defense against injuries, and revitalizing energy levels. However, it's crucial to acknowledge that improperly executed recovery exercises, like incorrectly performed bicep curls, might yield undesirable outcomes. Recognizing that consistent access to professional guidance may not always be feasible, a software-based motion tracker emerges as a potentially valuable tool. This is particularly significant for individuals in the recovery phase after injuries, as it provides a means to monitor their progress and ensure the accuracy of their exercises. The software-based motion tracker offers improved precision, real-time feedback, and other benefits. To develop this solution, frameworks like CNN, MediaPipe, AlphaPose, OpenPose, Yolov7, and Modular Neural Network can be utilized. The software was further refined to provide accurate patient and user reports, aiding doctors in tracking user progress.
