Development of Medical Robots

Medical robotics has gained rapid development in the past decades, and as a kind of medical device, it involves various industrial fields such as medicine, mechanics, electronics, computers, and materials. Existing medical robotics have been categorized and introduced in the aforementioned chapters, however, according to the Medical Device Classification Catalogue released by the State Food and Drug Administration in 2017, the existing research and direction of medical robots remain inadequate, and therefore, medical robots will show explosive growth in the coming period.
