Android is currently the most popular mobile operating system with over 80% market share. Android’s openness and flexibility provide users and developers with a wealth of features and choices, but it also poses many security risks, generating a large amount of malware that threatens users’ information security. Android malware (malware) refers to the use of Android system vulnerabilities or user negligence to carry out illegal or malicious behaviors, such as stealing user information, consuming resources, spreading viruses, and controlling devices. According to statistics, more than 150 million Android devices were infected with malware in 2023, causing huge economic losses and privacy leaks.
