PMSM Harmonic Current Suppression Based on Fuzzy PR Controller

摘要

The stator winding of permanent magnet synchronous motor contains a large amount of harmonic current, which results in the torque ripple and increasing system losses. The traditional dq-PI and PR current control strategy has difficulties in guaranteeing tracking performance and eliminating current overshoots. Therefore, a control strategy of suppressing harmonic current based on PI parallel fuzzy PR controller (FPR) is proposed. The proposed current strategy realizes the self-tuning of PR controller parameters of proportional coefficient kp and integral coefficient kr, and adjust the gain of resonance item by fuzzy control in dynamic conditions. The current overshoot is suppressed by reducing or even removing the resonance item to achieve effective current control and harmonic suppression. The validity and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy are demonstrated by simulation results. The results show that the proposed control strategy can reduce the harmonic current, improve the current control effect, and achieve the torque ripple suppression under the dynamic condition.
