Study on the Influencing Factors and Laws of Model Parameters of Turbine and Its Speed Control System

The locust algorithm is used to identify the speed control system parameters of several thermal power plant turbine generator units, and the results of the parameter tests of several units are simulated and verified by using the field data. The speed control system model obtained by the calibration tends to be consistent with the actual parameters of the units. Based on this algorithm, we analyzed the data of different capacity units and single capacity units with different operating conditions and found that the steam volume time constant, reheater volume time constant and connecting pipe time constant in the speed control system model decreased with the increase of capacity and load on the unit, which means that the larger the load on the unit and the larger the capacity, the faster the response of the unit to variable operating conditions and the shorter the stabilization time. By analyzing the influencing factors and laws of parameters, it can provide some reference for the analysis of turbine operation stability.
