Study on the Electrical Endurance Degradation Mechanism of Arc Contacts of Filter Bank Circuit Breakers and Prospect of Optimization and Improvement Based on CALPHAD Method
摘要
The arc contact of the filter bank circuit breaker is the key component of the filter bank circuit breaker. Due to frequent operation, high temperature arc will be generated during the breaking process, and the ablation phenomenon of the contact is especially serious, which greatly affects its electrical life. Through further research on the morphology, organizational composition and performance changes of the arc contact before and after failure, the failure mechanism and the main reasons affecting its electrical life are obtained. The method of microstructure design of electrical alloy based on CALPHAD is summarized. The material composition design by thermodynamic database and phase diagram can effectively reduce the experiment time and shorten the development cycle [1]. The use of dynamic database to simulate the second phase size, element concentration and precipitation equality of materials in the heat treatment process can provide calculation guidance for copper-tungsten/copper-chromium alloy system, and has certain reference value and theoretical support for the improvement of electrical life of filter bank circuit breakers in the future.
