Analysis of Synchronous Induction Coil Launcher Compatible with Multiple Loads

Adapt to various load transmission requirements, adopting the method of converting the weight and emission speed of different loads into voltage、time sequence. The mathematical model of the synchronous induction coil launcher was established, and the formula of the armature force and the equation of motion were obtained by using the method of coupling analysis of electric-magnetic-kinematics-dynamics. The simulation model is built to analyze the transient motion process, and the influence of load parameters on discharge current of single stage coil, thrust characteristics and maximum speed with the same power supply situation is obtained. On this basis, designing a three-level coil launcher and building a test platform for verification. The research show that, emission for different loads with consistent speed, adopting control strategy of matching emission weight according to discharge voltage; emission for different loads with consistent energy, adopting control strategy of matching emission weight according to same voltage and different discharging timing; There is an optimal voltage and timing matching to realize compatible emission of multiple loads.
