Research on Control Strategy of Energy Router for Dual-Mode Traction Power Supply System

Dual-mode traction power supply system integrates the AC city railway and the DC city rail transit into one, which greatly improving the transportation efficiency. In order to realize unified power flow management of dual mode traction power supply system, and improve the utilization rate of regenerative braking energy, and take into account the problems of AC negative sequence, power factor and voltage fluctuation of DC traction network, this paper proposes an energy router for dual mode traction power supply system. Firstly, the multi-port topology is designed to realize the energy interaction between AC and DC traction power supply system. Then, aiming at the goal of regenerative braking energy recovery and power quality improvement, a layered control strategy with upper level energy management and lower level multi-converter control is proposed. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the topology structure and control strategy of the energy router are verified by simulation.
