Key Technology Research on Quality Control of Valve-Side Dry Bushings of Domestic UHV Converter

摘要

The side bushing of UHV rheological valve plays a critical role in UHV transmission. It is a highly advanced technology and a global challenge in the field of UHV equipment research and development due to its high voltage level, high current bearing, and complex manufacturing process. For a long time, the technology for UHV rheological valve side bushing has been dominated by foreign countries, and China has relied on imports for these products. This dependency has become a major obstacle and limitation in the construction of UHV systems in China. Facing the major needs of the national UHV project construction, with the support of major projects of the State Grid Corporation, the domestic UHV rheological valve side dry bushing has achieved a series of innovative results in three levels of application basic research, key technology research and serialized product development, and the related products will be applied in batches in Baihetan - Zhejiang ±800 kV UHV direct current transmission project. To ensure the reliability of domestic valve side bushing in mass production, this paper focuses on studying the key technologies of quality control. The study includes aspects such as bushing structure design, production, and assembly process. The findings of this research provide technical support for achieving high-reliability mass production of UHV bushing in China. Additionally, these findings can serve as a basis for the production of future projects involving UHV bushing.
