摘要

With the large-scale integration of distributed generation into the distribution network, its randomness and fluctuation in load demand have put forward higher requirements for distribution network reconfiguration. This paper proposes a distribution network reconfiguration method that considers chance constraints and intelligent soft switching (SOP). Firstly, an objective function was established to minimize network loss, SOP loss, PV and WT abandonment, and switch operation costs; Then, in response to the non-convexity of the reconfiguration model, the large M method and second-order cone relaxation are used to transform it into a mixed integer convex programming model that is easy to solve, and the solver Cplex is used to solve it; Finally, an example analysis was conducted on the improved IEEE33 node system to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model in the environment of distributed energy being heavily connected to the power grid.
