Acoustic Emission and RCF Behavior

The chapter mainly studies the monitoring application of acoustic emission technology in the coating contact fatigue process, comparing the feedback sensitivity of traditional signals (vibration and torque signals) and acoustic emission signals to the internal contact fatigue damage state inside the coating. The feedback sensitivity and reliability of the acoustic emission signal to the contact fatigue damage process and fatigue fracture of the coating are systematically studied. In a large sample space, the corresponding relationship between the formation of the fatigue crack network inside the coating and the final fatigue cracking is judged based on the acoustic emission signal prompt, and an early warning method is proposed.
