Working Condition and RCF Behavior

This chapter mainly studies the effect of load conditions on the rolling contact fatigue behavior of the coating. The effects of the contact stress and speed on the contact fatigue behavior of the coating are studied in a large sample space, separately. The mathematical statistics is used to analyze and compare the contact fatigue life of the coating, and study the failure mechanism of the coating under different conditions. At the same time, based on the experimental data of a large sample, combined with the statistical method, the method of establishing the P–S–N curve is used to determine the life span of a certain stress range.
