摘要

Commonly, surface integrity is used to describe the mechanical and shape characteristics of the material surface or the near surface after various machining. The surface integrity has a significant impact on the service performance, especially the wear resistance of the machined surfaces. The surface integrity mainly includes the parameters of surface hardness, residual stress, surface roughness [1–3], besides which also includes the parameters of coating thickness and coating bonding strength based on the forming characteristics of spray coatings. Due to the poor controllability of the residual stress value, there are still deficiencies in the measurement principle and technology, which brings many difficulties and unstable factors to the comparative research experiment. Therefore, the influence of residual stress on the contact fatigue process is not considered in this chapter.
