摘要
To characterize the performance of plasma spraying layer, Fe based self fluxing alloy powder is selected as the spraying material, and the supersonic plasma spraying equipment is used to prepare coatings. Then, the characterization methods for coating microstructure and mechanical properties are introduced. The coating microstructure mainly contains phase structure and porosity. The coating mechanical properties mainly includes combining strength, micro mechanical properties, and surface profile. The orthogonal experimental design method and range method are utilized to optimize the coating preparation process. Furthermore, the contact fatigue testing machine, acoustic emission online monitoring equipment, contact fatigue data processing methods, and finite element modeling methods are introduced in turn.
