Sensorless Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Considering Cross Coupling Mutual Inductance

摘要

The satisfied performance of sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on model-observation has been proved at medium-high speed, but it relies on the motor parameters. Currently, the cross-coupling inductance is always ignored in motor models used in sensorless control. But due to the magnetic saturation, ignoring the coupling inductance will result in significant observation errors. In this paper, the cross-coupling inductance is considered in PMSM mode, and the new active flux model is deduced. On this basis, a multi-signal flux observer and a complete sensorless control system is designed. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
