Numerical Simulation of Temperature Field in Radiator for Oil-Immersed Power Transformer
摘要
In this paper, numerical simulation software was employed to analyze the temperature fluid field within a group of radiators, enabling a detailed exploration of their performance. The model developed in this research was used for the evaluation of distinct characteristic parameters concerning power transformer radiators in ONAF mode. These parameters encompass aspects like oil flow, dissipated power, inlet and outlet oil temperatures, among others. Subsequently, an investigation into the ideal grid size was conducted to identify the optimal number of nodes for a group of radiators. Concurrently, the temperature distribution across various fins and the influence of different flow rates on the heat dissipation capacity were analyzed. The findings indicate that critical design parameters can be accurately replicated with a reasonable computational expense. This can streamline subsequent research focused on optimizing the structural performance of the radiator.
