摘要

Due to space limitation, position sensors cannot be installed in artificial heart pump motors. And there is a high demand for precise and robust motor control in such applications. The control of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on active flux model not only simplifies the implementation of sensorless control, but also extends the applicability and estimation performance of rotor position and speed observers. Therefore, an adaptive full-order state observer based on active flux model in static coordinate system is proposed in this article. By analyzing the effects of the variable parameter full-order state observer and the adaptive estimated speed loop on pole configuration, the design scheme for different bandwidth frequencies is given. It successfully solves the main problems in the high-bandwidth full-order observers and improves the robustness of the estimated speed while ensuring the accuracy of estimated rotor position. Through simulation and experiment verification, it is found that under various speed and load, the proposed adaptive full-order observer can accurately estimate the speed and rotor position, with high accuracy, good effectiveness and stability.
