Motor Position Calibration Method Based on Sinusoidal Feedback Signal Envelope

In order to solve the problem of motor zero deviation in the control of permanent magnet synchronous motor, the phase difference between the zero point of the envelope of the rotary transformer and the intersection point of the line voltage Uab and Uca is proposed. Compared with several traditional position zero calibration methods, this method not only realizes the rotor initial position angle correction, but also has more practicability. The effectiveness and accuracy of the scheme are verified by comparative experiments.
