Experimental Prediction Method of Megawatt-level Charging System Based on Model-Data Dual Drive

摘要

In order to promote the research of megawatt-level high power charging system and fill the gap of megawatt-level high power charging detection system, this paper proposes a dual drive model recognition method based on model and data. Firstly, the topology and working principle of the high-power charging system are investigated and analyzed, and the parametric model and finite element simulation model are established. Secondly, the simulation output data of high-power charging systems with different topologies are processed, and the megawatt-level charging system model base is established to provide data support for model testing. Then, the simulation data is calibrated and optimized based on the actual operation data of the low power level charging system with the same topology structure, and the output characteristic functions of the charging system under different topologies are obtained. Finally, the function of model identification can be realized by comparing the output characteristic function of the actual charging system with the characteristic function of different topologies in the model library. The research results are expected to provide some theoretical and practical reference for the technical development of the charger field.
