Analysis of Electromagnetic Performance of an AUV Wireless Charge Device with New Coil Structure

This paper proposed a an AUV Wireless Charge Device With New Coil Structure, including transmitting coil, receiving coil, and the magnetic core used for magnetic field shielding. The transmitting coil is arc-shaped coil, with 60° radian, and it is arranged by six identical coils along the circumference, and the identical coils are connected in series. The receiving coil is also arc-shaped coil, with 120° radian, and it is arranged by three identical coils along the circumference, and the identical coils are connected in series or parallel. The new-structure coil has the advantage that the inductances of transmitting coil and receiving coil is almost constant, and it is especially suitable for AUV wireless charging devices. And it can solve the problem of the coupling coefficient of traditional AUV wireless charging devices changing with the AUV roll angle.
