Inorganic Perovskite Photodetectors
摘要
In recent years, fully inorganic perovskites have garnered significant attention due to their enhanced stability when compared to their organic–inorganic hybrid counterparts. These materials are not only widely used in applications such as solar cells and light-emitting diodes but also exhibit great potential as photodetectorsPhotodetectors, thanks to their exceptional optoelectronic properties. Based on this, we bring this chapter which comprehensively summarizes the recent advancements in emerging photodetectorsPhotodetectors based on inorganic perovskites, focusing on the diverse compositions, morphologies of constituent materials, and a wide range of device architectures. It also covers the sensing regions ranging from UV to visible and even IR light, along with a brief outlook that highlights the current challenges hindering the commercialization of inorganic perovskite-based photodetectorsPhotodetectors.
