Inorganic Perovskite Semiconductors Laser
摘要
Benefiting from unprecedented properties, consisting of large light absorption coefficients, low defect state density, tunable bandgap values and near-unity luminescence efficiencies, inorganic metal-halide perovskites possess efficient stimulated emission and highly optical gainGain, which enable the amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) and laserLaser. In this chapter, the basic structures, working principle and key parameters of ASE and laserLaser are introduced. Moreover, various inorganic-perovskite ASE and laserLaser with nano- and micro-cavities, are reviewed. In particular, the gainGain enhancement strategies and laserLaser mode modulation in inorganic perovskites, as well as fundamental photophysical and carrier dynamic mechanisms involved in the lasing process, are provided and investigated. The rapid advances and performance in laserLaser based on inorganic perovskite films and nano/micorstructures, including nanocrystals, microwires and microplatelets, are presented and discussed emphatically. Finally, the challenges and perspectives toward commercial lasersLaser based on inorganic perovskites are proposed in this chapter.
