Inorganic Perovskite Lighting and Visible Light Communications
摘要
Currently, white light-emitting diodes (LEDs)Light-Emitting Diode (LED) play a fundamental and important role in various applications, ranging from illumination to display backboards. Achieving optimal performance in white LEDsLight-Emitting Diode (LED) necessitates a thorough investigation of emissive materials. In this context, inorganic perovskites (CsPbX3, X = Cl, Br, I) emerge as promising semiconductors, exhibiting notable potential for white LEDsLight-Emitting Diode (LED). Their features, such as high photoluminescencePhotoluminescence quantum yields, tunable emission wavelengths, good color purity, and exceptional stability, contribute to their significance. This chapter provides an overview of advancements in photoluminescent and electroluminescent white LEDsLight-Emitting Diode (LED) based on inorganic perovskites. Then, represent achievements on the white LEDsLight-Emitting Diode (LED) of the mix of improved inorganic perovskites and other emissive materials, as well as the single components of inorganic perovskites, are introduced. Furthermore, the employment of the white LEDsLight-Emitting Diode (LED) on visible light communicationVisible light communication is highlighted. The conclusion summarizes and outlines the developmental trends in both white LEDsLight-Emitting Diode (LED) and visible light communicationVisible light communication, offering insights into prospective directions.
