DBSCAN Clustering and Kleinberg Algorithm-Based Research on Autism Hotspots and Frontier Trends in China

Objective The research used DBSCAN and Kleinberg algorithm to described the research hotspots of autism in China and explore the frontier trend of autism research. Methods Studies on ASD published from 2001 to 2023 from the CNKI. DBSCAN clustering algorithm and Kleinberg burst word detection algorithm were used to detect keyword clustering and mutant words, respectively, and the research hotspots, development context and frontier trends in this field were summarized. Results The number of publications in this field showed an overall upward trend. Low density of scholar and inter-institutional collaboration; The keyword clustering results could be summarized into three categories: the etiology and influencing factors of autism, autism diagnosis technology, autism intervention and rehabilitation training. Conclusion The research focuses on intervention in children with autism. The mechanism of the influence of social support on family function in autism is a frontier field in autism research.
