Secured Routing Approaches to Mitigate Various Attacks in DTN: A Survey
摘要
Delay tolerant networks (DTNs) is a promising technology that provides efficient end-to-end communication in challenging environments like deep space communications and post-disaster scenario. DTN tolerates frequent and long-duration partitions with no end-to-end connectivity. However, DTNs suffer from higher error rates due to a lack of efficient mechanisms to control message replication and security issues against various threats. In this paper, we have surveyed security concerns of DTN under routing attacks like black hole attacks and flooding attacks. Our objective is to present an analysis that can be useful in designing and selecting a routing scheme to deal with the security challenges with the DTNs. This paper also provides a better insight for the future work of proposed routing schemes, which will help researchers to determine the scope of enhancement in the proposed strategies.
