Research on the Regulation and Network Security of Smart Tourism Public Information Service Platform

The new economy represented by the digital economy has become a new engine of economic growth, and data as a core production factor has become a fundamental strategic resource. In order to play the role of digital governance, various regions have launched the construction of smart cities. By building smart cities, we can achieve a deep integration of informatization, industrialization, and urbanization, Based on the success model of D&M information system, this study takes tourists using Zhao Qing tourism service platform as the survey object, and discusses the satisfaction analysis that affects tourists’ choice of tourism public service platform. Data were collected by questionnaire to verify the research model and hypothesis relationship. The results show that use attitude, self-efficacy, information quality, system quality and service quality have a positive and significant impact on tourists’ satisfaction in choosing Zhao Qing tourism service platform. According to the research results, Based on the research results, propose suggestions for optimizing tourism service platforms and network security.
