摘要

Although nondestructive spectroscopy methods have been applied widely to food measurement, they have an inherent problem in that the spectra acquired from samples contain information on multiple chemical components present in the samples. We propose a novel measurement method: Spatially Factorized Spectroscopy (SFS) to overcome the challenge of separating spectra of the target compounds from the background. We show how this method can be applied to quantification of a specific sugar in a sample consisting of multiple powders.
