Bringing the data from different post-harvest operations to a central location could make decision-making easier and more reliable for the industry as well. The recent development in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) can bring data into a central location in real-time by dint of cloud-based systems. The expert can use this data to understand the trends of post-harvest operations while improving the operation in real-time guiding the process operations.
