Ecological and Environmental Surveillance
摘要
Ecological and environmental surveillance is a scientific process of using various technical means and methods to systematically measure and observe the type, structure, function, and components of an ecosystem within a specific temporal or spatial area in time or space. The specific aim is to monitor the ecological environmental situation and identify changes in it by using instruments, field surveys, and other means to evaluate and predict the impacts of human activities on the ecosystem, to provide a scientific basis for the assessment and regulation of eco-environmental quality and eco-environmental management, and to provide a decision-making basis for the rational use of resources and the prevention and control of disease.
