Servant Leadership in Catholic Schools: ‘Whoever Wants to Become Great Among You Must Be Your Servant’

This chapter explores some of the ramifications of servant leadershipServant leadership. It begins by comparing servant leadership in a secular context with servant leadership in a Christian context. Implications of servant leadership for leaders in Catholic schools today will be illustrated with reference to examples of servant leadership from my own experience.
