Rational Discourse of Lawyer Evaluation
摘要
Following a classification of lawyer evaluation into three types, Affect, Judgment, and Appreciation, which are redefined in accordance with the legal context, this chapter systematically interprets lawyer evaluation in relation to the legal context and the communicative tasks of the trial. Subsequently, it presents the rational discourse of lawyer evaluation, which consists of three features, namely, equal role relationships, multi-voiced speech environment, and distinct discursive communities.
