摘要

In the twentieth century, Poland was a major Eastern European country in terms of its literature and was held in high regard in China both for its own profound literary tradition and the distinguished quantity of its translated works in Chinese. The translation of Polish literature into Chinese in the twentieth century began with that of works by Henryk Sienkiewicz.
