Changes and Development of Social Organizations

In 1949 when the PRC was founded, since the traditional social order had disappeared after years of war, the Party and the government were in urgent need to establish a mechanism for society to function which could both adapt to the national and social conditions and be in line with the progress of the times, so as to shoulder the responsibility of national revitalization.
