The Social and Bank Factors
摘要
The inclusiveness of virtual banking is influenced by societal perceptions and the reputation of the banking institution. When society as a whole embraces technological progress, individuals are more likely to adopt virtual banking services, regardless of the specific bank's strength. However, the long-term sustainability of virtual banks in Hong Kong is closely tied to their internal capabilities, which cannot be easily remedied in a short period. Establishing transparency in operations that is visible to the public is the recommended course of action, although implementation may prove challenging.
