Usage of Fitness Applications by the Sports People: A Bibliometric Analysis

The study accentuates the potential advantages of participating in sports and physical activity, including favourable effects on work-life balance and sportsmanship. This emphasizes how crucial it is to embolden physical exercise and foster a healthy corporate culture at work. The report also highlights the expanding trend of technology and AI integration in the e-commerce and human resources sectors, which refers prospects for advancing sustainability and green practices. This bibliometric research, which is based on a systematic evaluation of 338 publications published between 1973 and 2023 from 180 sources, evaluates how fitness applications are used by athletes. According to the study, athletes use fitness programs for a variety of things, such as tracking their caloric and nutritional intake, networking with other athletes, establishing goals, and keeping tabs on their recuperation. The findings of this study specify that fitness apps can help athletes manage and enhance their athletic performance. Sports people might make certain they are taking the necessary nutrients in the appropriate quantities to sustenance their training and recuperation by measuring their bodily movement and diet. Grounded on the conclusions of this research, fitness apps should be considered a vital resource for athletes looking to raise their game.
