Simulation and Performance Test of Large Thrust Ducted Fan
摘要
Ducted fans are considered to have the advantages of high propulsion efficiency, compact structure, high safety, and low noise level, and have high application potential in a variety of aircraft. The flow field of the ducted fan is complex, and the simulation accuracy is difficult to meet the needs of engineering applications. In this paper, the performance analysis of a self-designed large-thrust ducted fan at different speeds is carried out by combining simulation and ground test. The results show that the thrust obtained by simulation is in good agreement with the ground test value and the calculation error is less than 4% for different speeds which meets the design requirements. The ducted fan test platform designed in this paper is structurally reliable and easy to operate. When the speed is increased within the design interval, the thrust and torque of the ducted fan increase significantly, which provides a verification means for the development of design methods and the design of actual aircraft in the future.
