DC Voltage Detection Based on Combined Sinc and Kalman Filter

Relay test equipment are key equipment for rail transit to ensure safe operation of rail transit. A design of a combined filter for high precision measurement of DC voltages is proposed for the detection of DC voltage signals in rail transit relay test benches, consisting of an efficient anti-aliasing seventh-order Sinc filter and Kalman filter. Finally, numerical simulations and experimental validation of the combined Sinc and Kalman filter are carried out. The results show that the filter scheme can accurately detect the value of the DC voltage with an error accuracy of around 1% and further illustrate the robustness and stability of the test device.
