Energy Optimal Concentrated Cooperative Guidance Law Design Based on Improved Whale Optimization Algorithm

In this paper, a centralized cooperative proportional navigation(C-CPN) law based on the improved whale optimization algorithm is proposed. Firstly, the engagement kinematics between the missiles and target is established. Secondly, the cooperative guidance law based on the C-CPN method is presented for target capture and time coordination. To realize higher design efficiency, the improved whale optimization algorithm is proposed to optimize the parameters online with energy consumption as the evaluation index, in which the adaptive law is obtained, while the inverse population is used to improve the whale optimization algorithm. Finally, the simulation results are given to validate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.
