Research on the Dilemma and Strategy of Training Applied Talents in UAV Specialty

According to the requirements of educational policies in the new era, the perspective of teaching concepts and training objectives, in-depth analysis of the current bottlenecks in the cultivation of UAV professionals is conducted. The paper concludes some scientific and feasible countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing talent cultivation from four aspects, such as optimization of curriculum system, reconstruction of talent cultivation links, establishment of practical teaching platforms, and reform of teaching models. The research will provide important support for improving the UAV professional training system, optimizing the job holding ability of talents, and achieving accurate docking between the talent cultivation supply side and the future market demand side.
