Distribution Network Recovery Strategy Based on Critical Load Prioritization
摘要
In recent years, the development of urban power grids has taken a new direction, leading to novel challenges and opportunities in rapidly and securely restoring urban power grids. This paper introduces a strategy that prioritizes critical loads during the recovery of distribution networks. The strategy involves an optimization model aimed at maximizing the recovery of weighted loads while adhering to capacity and voltage limitations. This model is transformed into a mixed-integer second-order cone program. Through case studies conducted on a modified IEEE 33-node system, the paper demonstrates the effectiveness of this approach in achieving faster and more comprehensive restoration of critical loads.
