摘要

In this study, in order to verify the removal capability of pulsed plasma discharge combination technology for odorous gases, a four months pilot test was conducted with digestate fermentation tanks of a kitchen waste treatment plant in Jiangsu, China as the odor source. The results of the pilot test showed that when the odorous gases treatment capacity was 40,000 m3/h, the average removal rates of non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHCs), ammonia (NH3) and odor concentration were 86.2%, 97.3% and 72.7%, respectively. As the main core technology of the deodorization system, the pulsed plasma discharge equipment had a highly efficient deodorization effect, and its single-stage average removal rates of NMHCs and odor concentration were 84.5% and 66.3%, respectively. In addition, the deodorization system had good adaptability, stability and reliability to the fluctuation of odorous gases concentration and temperature. Among them, the removal rates of NMHCs, NH3 and odor concentration were stabilized above 75.2%, 92.2% and 71.6%, respectively.
