Theoretical Research on Artificial Intelligence

The theoretical research on AI rule of law aims to integrate the power of law, philosophy, ethics, management, sociology and other related disciplines to promote the construction of AI rule of law system, institutional system and implementation system; as well as play a guiding, regulating and promoting role for the safe, reliable, controllable and healthy development of AI. This part of the investigation focuses on the hot issues of theoretical research on AI rule of law, and through the summary and analysis of research works, scientific research projects, research forums, research papers, and foreign research related to AI rule of law in 2021 to show the current status of AI rule of law research in China and the world in 2021.
